YuanYue has announced the latest addition to 0.8mm pitch SUR series

Continuing to extend the breadth of its interconnect solutions, YuanYue has announced the latest addition to 0.8mm pitch SUR series.This SUR connector is developed for crimping type SUR connector that has been designed for 0.8mm pitch wire to board insulation displacement connector.This connector adopted the first crimping method in a minimum 0.8mm pitch of the wire-to-board type connector.Comparing with SUR connector,Housing lance method provides the better workability and a constriction contact method provides the excellent contact reliability.


SUR Connectors are available in single, with top entry type and side entry type surface mount configurations for the shrouded male headers,conduct size of applicable wire is appropriate for 32AWG to 28AWG(the insulation OD is from 0.5mm to 0.6mm), This means they are versatile enough to serve a wide array of different layout requirements.


Low profile 0.8mm pitch units are the smallest in the company`s portfolio of wire-to-board connectors.Comparing to the conventional 1.0mm pitch connector,occupation spaced is reduced by 30%(side entry type). with phosphor bronze contacts,while the current rating of SUR connectors is up to 1A.


Supporting 50 mate/un-mate cycles, these components have an insulation resistance of 100MΩ and cover an operational temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. Located within an attractive price bracket, they are targeted at industrial control/monitoring, communications infrastructure, industrial drives and consumer electronics. They are supplied in either tube packaging or a tape-and-reel format, thus making them very well suited to automated production processes.
